The best recruiting tool is an active, energetic, club that understands what their local club's activities are. Pole you local club members about specific activities that your club is involved in. Ask them to tell you about the programs to which your club dedicates the majority of its budget. Knowledge is power. In this case it is recruiting and retention power.
